Printing Policies

To keep pricing low and turnaround fast, all print orders follow the policies below.

File Requirements

• Customers must supply print-ready files

• Files are printed exactly as supplied

• We do not edit files, correct spelling, adjust layouts, or modify colors

• Files must meet the specifications listed on the product page

Proofs

• No proofs are provided unless explicitly stated

• Orders that pass automated validation are sent directly to production

File Uploads

• File upload is required to process your order

• Orders without files may be automatically canceled

Reprints & Defects

• Reprints are issued only for verified production defects

• File errors, spelling mistakes, or design issues are not eligible for reprint

• Photo evidence may be required for defect claims

Shipping

• Nationwide shipping is a flat rate

• Local pickup orders must be collected within the stated pickup window

Order Changes

• Orders cannot be modified once sent to production
